Platform Access & Accounts

Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information during registration. Service providers must submit valid business credentials and certifications. All accounts are subject to verification and approval processes.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security, including password confidentiality. Any activities under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet quality standards. You may close your account at any time with 30 days notice.

Service Provider Obligations

Professional Standards

Service providers must maintain professional certifications, insurance coverage, and comply with local regulations. All services must meet Behjja's quality standards and customer satisfaction requirements.

Service Delivery

Providers must deliver services as described, maintain punctuality, and provide accurate time estimates. Any service issues must be reported immediately through our platform.

Pricing & Commissions

Service providers set their own pricing within platform guidelines. Behjja charges commission fees as outlined in the pricing structure. All payments are processed through our secure payment system.

Payment Terms & Billing

Customer Payments

Customers pay through our secure payment system. Payments are processed upon service completion and customer approval. Refunds are available according to our satisfaction guarantee policy.

Service Provider Payments

Service providers receive payments minus platform commission within 48 hours of service completion. Payments are subject to quality verification and customer satisfaction confirmation.

Dispute Resolution

Payment disputes are handled through our mediation process. We reserve the right to hold payments pending dispute resolution. All financial disputes must be reported within 14 days of service completion.

Liability & Insurance

Platform Liability

Behjja acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not liable for service quality, damages, or disputes between parties. Our liability is limited to platform functionality.

Service Provider Insurance

All service providers must maintain comprehensive liability insurance covering their services. Insurance certificates must be current and verified. Providers are fully liable for service-related damages.

Customer Protection

We provide customer protection through our satisfaction guarantee, dispute resolution process, and service provider vetting. However, customers should verify service provider credentials independently.

Prohibited Activities

Platform Misuse

Users may not circumvent platform systems, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate intellectual property rights. Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Service Violations

Service providers may not subcontract without approval, provide services outside platform guidelines, or engage in direct payment arrangements with customers.

Legal Compliance

All users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Activities that violate local, national, or international laws are prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
